ConfirmedAn archival database record clarified the origins of Nyirő Géza: born on 9 December 1862 in Nagy-Bánya (Szatmár), died on 26 January 1926 in Budapest; his parents were Nyirő József and Thuránszky Natália. He married twice: Blaska Gizella (1866–1899, mother of Dr. Nyirő Gyula), then Mózes Ilonka (1874–1943).
